Every year, Cumilla Victoria Govt.
College publishes a directory called Bandhan containing the history of this College, its introduction, College-related information, periodic list of all the teachers - officers including the Principal and Vice-Principal as well as the important contact numbers of Cumilla town along with important information.

The college has always been a significant partner in transforming Bangladesh into digital Bangladesh under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina - daughter of Bangabandhu, the greatest Bangali of all the time.
Bangladesh is committed to building a paperless digital Bangladesh .
The launching of E-Bandhan is another small attempt of that continuous effort.
To commemorate the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation -Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Cumilla Victoria Govt, College has introduced an app named E- Bondhon by digitalizing the former directory named Bandhan.The main attraction of this app is that being an offline app, it will not cost any data for the users.
Even with a single click the user can call the desired person, send an e-mail to them, visit their Facebook profile simultaneously.

★ Address of important websites.কুমিল্লা ভিক্টোরিয়া সরকারি কলেজ প্রতি বছর বন্ধন নামক একটি ডিরেক্টরি প্রকাশ করে থাকে। এতে কলেজের ইতিহাস, পরিচিতি, কলেজ সংক্রান্ত তথ্য, অধ্যক্ষ, উপাধ্যক্ষসহ কর্মরত সকল শিক্ষক-কর্মকর্তার পর্যায়ক্রমিক তালিকা এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্যসহ কুমিল্লা শহরের অনেক প্রয়োজনীয় ফোন নম্বর থাকে। সর্বকালের সর্বশ্রেষ্ট বাঙালি বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের কন্যা মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার নেতৃত্বে ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ বিনির্মাণে কুমিল্লা ভিক্টোরিয়া সরকারি কলেজ সবসময়ই উল্লেখযোগ্য অংশীদার। "পেপারলেস ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ" গড়ার প্রত্যয়ে "E-bondhon" প্রকাশ, এ ধারাবাহিকতার আর একটি ক্ষুদ্র প্রয়াস। জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের জন্মশতবার্ষিকীকে স্মরণীয় রাখতে কুমিল্লা ভিক্টোরিয়া সরকারি কলেজ বন্ধন নামক ডিরেক্টরিকে ডিজিটাল রূপ দান করে "ই-বন্ধন" এপটি চালু করেছে। এপটির মূল আকর্ষণ হলো এটি একটি অফলাইন এপ অর্থাৎ ব্যবহারকারীকে কোন প্রকার ডাটা খরচ করতে হবে না। একই সাথে এক ক্লিকে ব্যবহারকারী কাঙ্খিত ব্যক্তিকে কল করতে পারবে, মেইল পাঠাতে পারবে, ফেসবুক প্রোফাইল ভিজিট করতে পারবে। ফিচার সমূহঃ-
